TLDR inside TLDR: Craig forgot to take his medication again, famous scam artist gets exposed and bitcoin hodlers reach an ATH
GM.
Itās Arsen, bringing you the third edition of TLDR - the newsletter that keeps you informed AND entertained.
This time there are 221 of you reading this.
Thankful for you all. Let me tell you why.
So, I started this newsletter for a few reasons:
Life is busy. We all know that. And this newsletter is an excuse for me to stay on top of whatās happening in bitcoin.
I want to improve my writing. Iām not the best writer, but also not the worst. Writing this newsletter for you guys will help me maintain and improve my this skill.
At the beginning of the year, I promised myself this: I will write about bitcoin every week.
Not even after two weeks into 2023 I broke this promise.
Why?
Because I was writing into an empty vacuum. No one was reading it, so I didnāt have that fire under my ass actually to deliver something - something people actually want to read.
What was missing was there was nobody to keep me accountable.
This is why I launched TLDR as a newsletter: so you guys can keep me accountable.
And If I ever miss even a single edition, you know where to shame me.
So, thank you to all 221 of you reading this.

Alright, letās get into it.

Faketoshi Strikes Back
Scam-ception: Internet detective Exposes A Scam Artist
Bitcoin Diamond Hands At All-Time-High
Faketoshi Is Taking 16 Developers To Court To Change The Code
If youāre like me, you probably eat the nasty veggies first and leave the delicious steak for the end.
I have the same approach to this editionās news - we got the shittyness out of the way so we can get to the good stuff.
So, talking about shit, Craig Wright aka Faketoshi is back in the spotlight.
Faketoshi has decided to take 15 developers to court.
Why, you ask?
According to this deluded maniac, the Bitcoin core developers must change the code to recover the $2.4B a hacker stole from his company Tulip Trading.
And you thought Greenpeaceās āChange The Codeā campaign was dumb?
Faketoshi claims that Bitcoin Core developers owe "fiduciary dutiesā to re-write the protocol code to get back the 111,000 BTC stolen from him during the Mt. Gox hack.
*sigh*
Itās truly sad to see courts enable this.
A quick Google search is enough to see that Faketoshi is a scammer with a long record of fabricating lies.
I am eagerly waiting with my popcorn to hear what else he will claim to have invented.

Internet Detective Exposes A Scam Artist
This a juicy one.
By now, Iām hoping you understand that I am a hardcore bitcoiner and I only write about bitcoin - for other bitcoiners
If youāre mETH-head, please unsubscribe from this newsletter.
If I ever write about cRyPto, itās only to make fun of it.
Alright, letās make fun of crypto.
It begins with Coffeezilla, a famous internet detective known for exposing crypto scams.
And crypto being crypto, he has no shortage of work
Hereās his Proof-of-Work:
Het got SBF to accidentally admin fraud during an interview
Exposed Logan Paul's NFT project for being run by a group of felons
But this time, instead of investigating a scam, he launched his own. He did this to scam an alleged scammer.
Talk about a scam-ception.
The target was Dillon Janis - a pro-MMA fighter with two jobs:
Getting people rekt in the octagon
Getting people rekt in crypto
Yes, the same guy who āfelt badā for people scammed in Logan Paulās NFT rug pull.

Hereās Coffeezillaās genius plan:
Create a fake NFT collection. He called it SourzNFT Candies Are Moonbound, which literally spells out that itās a scam.
Reach out to Dillon to promote the project. A measly $5K was the price of Dillonās reputation.
Change the NFT website last minute to expose Dillonās previous scam. When the NFT promotion went live, Coffeezilla changed the website from showing the NFT collection to showing a gallery of over 20 rug pulls that Dillon has previously promoted.

Hereās the funny part: Coffeezilla told Dillon precisely what he was doing.
Before paying Dillon, Coffezilla shared a legal document with Dillon that outlines the terms of the deal - in plain english. Here are some highlights from the document:
Said that Dillon would be the ābutt of a jokeā
Said that the purpose of the project was to show that people in crypto donāt do due diligence
Said that they would redirect traffic from the NFT promotion page to a website that showed Dillonās previous scam promotions
Said that Dillon cannot sue Coffeezilla
It was all explained in that document.
Dillonās answer?
āi agreeā
*Chefās kiss*
Coffeezillaās plan worked perfectly, and Dillon Danis was exposed for the scam artist that he is.
You could say our MMA fighter got knocked the f*ck out!

50% Of Bitcoiners Have Been Diamond Hands For The Past 2 Years
I came across an interesting stat from Glassnode, an on-chain analytics tool (I felt dirty saying that)
According to them, bitcoiners have diamond hands. As a matter of fact, 49% of the total supply has stayed in the same wallet for over 2 years.
Thatās an ATH! š

This shows that thereās a ton of confidence in Bitcoin long term.
Alternatively, a bunch of you donāt know how to store your seed phrases.
Anywho, long-term hodlersā conviction is not shaken, even with Bitcoin being down over 70% from ATH.
Volatility is the price you pay for generational wealth.

Donāt you just hate when bitcoin is crashing, your girlfriend goes out to a lesbian bar, so you drunkenly misspell āholdā and invent the biggest Bitcoin meme known to date?
Yeah, me too.
